Sixties swing, seventies psychedelia, 80s grunge, Madonnaesque power dressing – it was all there at the old Lone Star (Princes Street) last Saturday when The Vintage Roundup returned. And the crowds came! Once again, this spectacular event was organised by Tannia Lee of Most Wanted Vintage. We had so much fun foraging for goodies from stallholders whose interests were diverse and eclectic. As usual, most of them were Dunedinites but a few came from further afield.
Warren and Vanessa from Two Squirrels came all the way from the fringe of Central Otago. They moved there from Christchurch after the earthquakes destroyed one of their shops and put the other in the red zone. On a positive note, their new shop in Milton has its grand opening weekend on 5-6 October. We can’t wait!
